Customer Loyalty

What makes you loyal to one person besides just good customer service? How many people would work with their broker again and why or why not?

Patty,

You asked some great questions!

"What makes you loyal to one person besides just good customer service?"

Besides good customer service I think developing a friendship with your client is ideal, but not always possible. In an ideal world, we should only do business with people we like and respect.

In my line of work, I am a personal trainer at Equinox, it is all about connecting to my clients' emotional wants, fulfilling their logical needs, and making sure I can offer the best deal possible. I am not always successful and when I tell potential prospects this truth many of them trust me more and would try out my service to see if I can benefit them. Some of them have turned out to be long time clients. Thank Goodness for me.

Maybe "Loyalty" is about sharing the same paradigm??? I guess as professionals we need to create a view that we can share with our clients. Don't friends share the same view?

"How many people would work with their broker again and why or why not?"

I never worked with a broker, but I would imagine if a broker care more making money from me than helping me, then I wouldn't work him or her ever again.

What are your answers to these questions, Patty?
